KMOB JABAR - Real-Time Employee Attendance Tracker
KMOB JABAR is a real-time employee attendance tracking application developed by Pemerintah Provinsi Jawa Barat. The app utilizes Wi-Fi and GPS technology to measure the presence of employees in the office or outside the office. The business process is designed to comply with applicable laws and regulations in the civil servant environment, including Government Regulation Number 11 of 2017 and Government Regulation Number 53 ofThe attendance scheme displayed includes the presence of employees in the office using Wi-Fi/GPS, the presence of employees outside the office using GPS, and the submission and approval of proposals by superiors for field duty, leave, overtime, and permits. The app also allows for disciplinary action against employees for unexplained absences and provides personal and unit attendance reports, as well as field duty reports.
